What is Nashville Hot Chicken?

Created as a punishment from a lover who was worried her partner was being unfaithful, she fried some chicken and added unfathomable amount of spices including hot oil to the recipe. While the fried chicken was incredibly hot, her partner loved it. They went on to mastering the recipe, opening a restaurant seliing their spicy bird, which synomously is now known as Nashville Hot Chicken.

Getting here?

Located accross from Heath Ledger Theatre, next to The William Street Bird (The Bird) and across the road from Yagan Square, we are located at 175 William Street, Northbridge which is close to the corner of Roe Street and William Street.

Public Transport

The Perth City Busport located in Yagan Square is a less than 5 minute walk from our venue. The Perth City Station or the Perth Underground train stations are both located within walking distance, a short stoll through Yagan Square towards Northbridge and then up William Street for 15 metres and you are here!

Parking?

We don’t have any parking but there is plenty of street parking and car parks located in our vicinity.

Do we do takeaway?

We sure do takeaways. All food menu items are available takeaway. Currently we only allow ordering in store but soon we are setting up platforms to allow you to order ahead.

Do you take bookings?

We love to see you and share our space, without knowing how long you will be spending with us, bookings are hard. So to allow you to feel comfortable and spend however long you like with us, we refrain from bookings.

Are we kid friendly?

While we are a fully licensed venue, we are kid friendly. Children are totally allowed as long as they are accompanied by an adult. Under 18’s without a parent or guardian are unfortunately legally not allowed on licensed premises.

Do we have Gluten Free fried chicken?

We sure do, our fried chicken is available gluten free. As it is made to order, it might take a few more minutes but it’s totally worth the wait!
